The Sinkor Evangelistic Choir celebrated its 27th Anniversary on November 27, 2011. The program was characterized by honoring of choir members and former leaders, singsperation by the choir and a fund-raising program. During the celebration, the choir unveiled a new set of gown. The new gown, which is Brown and Crème, adds to the already existing Navy Blue & Maroon and the Royal Blue & White gowns that the choir has in addition to several other uniform suits that are used for occasions.

On Sunday, November 20, 2011, the President of Liberia, Her Execellency Madam Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf paid another visit to the Sinkor United Pentecostal Church. The visit, which was her first after her re-election for the second term also included the City Mayor of Monrovia, Madam Mary Broh. The President was part of the regular Sunday Morning Worship at the church.
